A message from Raziya:
Massage and Bodywork Treatments.
Do you suffer from tension and tight muscles? Do you regularly get back, neck or shoulder pain? Many
symptoms of muscular dysfunction are not only caused by injuries and strain, but can also be the result of the stress
and anxiety that we regularly experience in our daily lives. Stress impacts on our physical bodies over time
without us even being aware that it is happening to us and how it is affecting us.
Massage is a powerful therapy that can address many of these symptoms. A good massage stimulates
the circulatory systems of the body to relax muscles

and release tension, improve joint flexibility, reduce pain and encourage the body to heal itself
in a very natural way. The effects of massage are cumulative and so with regular massage and over time you will
feel less stressed, be pain free, and feel vibrant, energetic and calm! What could be better!
I am a fully qualified Massage and Bodywork therapist and trainer with extensive experience in Holistic Medical
Massage and Therapeutic Yoga.
My massage treatments address back, neck and shoulder problems, muscle tension and soreness, alleviate symptoms of stress
and address injuries sustained from trauma or misuse. I work with clients of all ages, including adults from all
walks of life and professions, with teenagers and with young children. I have successfully worked with sportsmen
and sportswomen specifically involved in football, squash, running, weight training and swimming as well as dancers.
I am passionate about using my range of skills and expertise to promote good health and wellbeing.
Appointments are available in the surrounding area of Swindon and North West London.
For more information please visit Raziya's Website or
call me on 01793 637500 to discuss your requirements.

Websites
I (Mandy B.) have been providing the Scratch Choir with a website for a few years now and have decided to offer my skills
to other groups, clubs or anyone who wants one. The website has proved very useful to Scratch Choir and there
must be other groups who would like to have the convenience of a website but don't have the skills to program and organise
their own and can't afford to pay high webdesign company fees. I'm keeping the costs low by keeping the websites
simple and straight forward - like this one!
Come and have a chat with me at Choir meetings (or send an email) if you want to know more.
